Products and prices
Product options, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product page. Prices are in USD. Photographs help show texture and shade; screens, fibres and dye lots can produce differences in appearance. Check the yarn family, colour and SKU before ordering. We may correct an error and contact you about an affected order rather than treating an incorrect listing as a promise.
Ordering and acceptance
Provide accurate billing and delivery information and review your order before submitting it. Your card is charged when you place an order. An automated acknowledgement or payment alone does not establish acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund where payment has been taken.
