The 40-day return window
You may request a return or exchange within 40 calendar days after receiving your order. We accept new or lightly used items, as well as items with a defect or quality issue. Contact [email protected] with your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Photographs help us assess a product problem.
How to send a return
Email us before sending anything. We will provide the return mailing address and instructions. The public business address is not automatically the return destination. For a preference return, you pay the return postage. If the return concerns a product defect or quality problem, we pay the return postage.
Exchanges
An exchange is arranged after the returned item is received. Tell us which item and colour you would like when you contact us. We will help you with the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the credit. Email us if you need help locating a refund.
Your rights
These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
