Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States, Canada and the 27 European Union member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Orders ship from the United States. Our dispatch origin is 1009 BROAD ST SIDER, ENDICOTT.NY13760. We use third-party logistics providers.

Processing and transit

Order processing takes 1–4 business days, excluding weekends. After dispatch, estimated transit is 15–30 calendar days. These are separate periods. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, weather or transport delays.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping costs $7.59 USD. Shipping is free only when your order contains at least two items AND the merchandise subtotal is at least $35.99 USD. Both conditions must be met. A single item does not qualify, even if its price exceeds $35.99. Taxes and duties are included; no additional tax or duty payment is required from you.

Tracking your parcel

We email the tracking number after dispatch. Allow time for the carrier to record its first tracking update. If tracking appears delayed, your parcel is missing or items arrive damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and any relevant photographs so we can help.

Address changes

Email us while the order is still processing to request an address change. Changes cannot be accepted after dispatch. Please check your delivery details before ordering; we are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
