Cards and currency

We accept Visa, Mastercard and JCB. All product prices and payments are in USD. Your card provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees if your account uses a different currency.

When you are charged

Your card is charged when you place your order. A payment confirmation does not by itself guarantee order acceptance. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled and arrange the appropriate refund.

Your total

Taxes and duties are included. Shipping is $7.59 unless both free-shipping conditions are met: at least two items and a merchandise subtotal of at least $35.99. Review the total before placing your order.

A payment did not go through

Check your card details, billing address and available balance, or contact your card provider. Avoid sending your card number, security code or card photographs to our support email. For order questions, contact [email protected].
